AFRICA

I travelled to Africa in 2013 and spent 6 weeks discovering this amazing continent.  The journey began in Rwanda where I trekked with the famous and endangered Mountain Gorilla; experienced two safaris in Kenya, including the famous Masai Mara, and then toured wine country & the amazing city of Cape Town in South Africa.

Rio De Janeiro, Brazil

In 2014 the World Cup of soccer was hosted in brazil, and so we headed down to spend a month living like a local while also enjoying the festivities of the amazing event. 

Egypt, Jordan, Turkey & Greece

In 2015, pyramids, tombs, and ancient cities with endless history were discovered in this journey through Egypt, Jordan, Turkey and Greece.   

Italy

In 2016 we discovered the beauty of Italy.  Exploring Rome, Venice, Verona, Florence and the Tuscan countryside, we fell in love with the people, the wine, the food, the art, the architecture and the amazing history. 

MAUI

In 2017 we went in search of sun and surf on the beautiful island of Maui in the Hawaiian Islands.  Although easy to fall into the routine of sleep, eat, beach, repeat, we managed to venture from our beach chair to discover the winding road to Hana; the brilliant farms in the Up Country; and took to the ocean to get up close and personal with whales.
